Our crazy little house. Purchased in 2004 during the height of the real estate market. Oh what fun it fun. The previous owner didn’t really want to sell, but the economics of their position dictated it. Since purchasing we have fenced in a section of back yard, upgraded the heating system, added two pellet stoves, installed the split rail fence, added gardens, re-shingled the roof, replaced the front bow windows, and added the front porch.
